This function is used to assign fees to students.|| To assign fees, follow this step-by-step guide on how to do so.
Go to the Finance tab on the home page.
Under admin, click fee assignment.
On the left, you can filter to get the students you would want to assign fees to. Select the month of the fees and click Fetch.
Select the name of the students.
Select the months and due date for the invoice. 6)There is an option to assign them the same fees as the previous month's, by selecting the "Last month invoice". You can view last month's fee by clicking on the magnifying glass button under Last Month in the student list corresponding to the student's name
To issue a new fee, select "New template" and enter the necessary details into it.
There will be a sub-total amount at the bottom to confirm the amount and click update to confirm the fee assignment.
