A fee template can be used to ease the transaction process by having a set template on what each fee has to pay|| This function is used to create a fee template., follow these step-by-step guide on how to do so.


  1. There is 2 type of templates you can create; General for school fees assignment and Ad-Hoc which is templates used for ad-hoc payment/refund.

  2. After choosing which type of template type would you like to create under. Use the “+” icon to create new templates and name the template and assign it to the desired center.

  3. After the creation of your fee template, you can then proceed to pre-set what payment items you want to be issued for your template. For example, Standard school fees and deposit in your template to be issued out.

  4. Selecting CB1, CB2, and CB3 allows this field to be editable later when you select this template on your fee assignment page. If you did not tick on CB1, CB2 or CB3, the selected payment item cannot be edited later in your fee assignment step.

  5. After selecting of what payment items you want to be inside your template, click on save and this pre-set template can be used in the future when doing any fee assignment.
