Note:
This function is used by the parents to send messages to the centre by using the Parents Application. The contents that a parent can send are in the form of text or image.
(Note: Functions may be different on each individual center's Application Function Settings. If you do not see this function, it means that the centre has disabled this function.)
Using the Parents Application:
1. Please go and open your Parents Application.
2. Inside the Home Page, click the Message function.
3. To send text messages, please click the Text box at the lower right panel shown on the screenshot below. If you want to send image using Camera, please click the Camera icon located at the lower left side. Next to it is Gallery icon to select and upload images and sent to the centre. (Note: Once an image has been selected, the images will automatically upload and send to the centre.)
4. Inside the text box, please key in the necessary message you want to send to centre. Afterwards, click Return (iOS) or Go (Android) once you have finished typing.
5. Your message has been sent and notified the centre after clicking the Go or Return button.
