Note: This function is used to change the Class/Level of a student based on the settings or information that your current center have. This function is frequently used during moving up of class/level of the student. If you want to change to update the class/level of students, please go under the Student tab from the Main Menu located at the top section of your system. 


For further instruction on how to change class/level of students, please follow the instruction below:


1. Go to Student Management.


2. Choose Movement/Student Movement


3. Once you have clicked Movement/Student Movement function, you should be able to see two tables located at left and right side of the page. 

        a. Left Table shown on this page shows the Class List

    Note:

            -The Class list table is used to list down the classes assigned to your account. 

            -All classes that are existing under your center may not show under this table.  Please ask for your admin/principal to give you access to the corresponding class that you want to view or see. Please click this to know how to assign a class to the staff.


        b. Right Table shown on this page shows the Student List

    Note:

-The Student List is used to list down the student names together with the student's current class. 

-This table is used to select student names that you need to change and update class.


4. We will now start on how to change class of the student(s) under this function. 


5. First, you must filter the list of the student inside the Student List table. Afterward, please select the name(s) of the student you need to update class. 


6. After selecting the student name, the goal now is to select the target class inside the Class List table. 


7. Once Class has been selected under the Class List table, please click and select the Class Admission date under the Student List table. 


8. Click Assign


9. The class of the student has been updated after you click the Assign button. Please click Ok shown on the pop-up alert to confirm the changes.
