Note: This function is used to resolve connection error when logging in to Teacher App and Attendance App basing from the settings or information that your current centre have.
Please follow the instruction below on how to resolve connection error when logging in to Teacher App and Attendance App:
1. Under the Login Page, please click the Centre Name Textbox. Please re key in the Centre Name of your Centre, by keying in the first three letter of the Centre Name. The Name of your Centre will be listed out under the Search Results.
2. Please try to select the name of your centre.
3. Input the Username and Password of your account.
4. Click Login for you to be able to Go in to the Home Page of the App.
Important Note: Following the Step 1 is essential for you to be able to sign in without the Connection Error Issue. This is in order for the app to reload or refresh the data that was capture previously. So please re key in the Centre Name and select it from the Centre List shown on the Search Panel.
