Description: Setting the User Permission depends on the Access Groups that the centre currently have as the User Groups has its different confidentiality level. Only the Admin Team has the access to do this as they have all the access on the system. Setting up the User Permission means giving the Staff an access to a such function for them to be able to make any changes on those functions that's why choosing the correct User Group is very essential.
Please follow the guided instructions on how to set User Permission for different modules:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose User Access Settings.
3. User Access Settings page will load.
4. Select the User group by highlighting it from the User Group List located on the left side of the screen.
5. On the right, scroll down to the modules that you want to enable/disable access to.
4. Check/Uncheck the box accordingly.
5. Click on Update on the left to save the changes.
