Setting the User Permission depends on the Access Groups that the center currently have as the User Groups has its different confidentiality level. Only the Admin Team has access to do this as they have all the access to the system. Setting up the User Permission means giving the Staff access to such functions for them to be able to make any changes to those functions that's why choosing the correct User Group is very essential. Please follow the guided instructions on how to set User Permission for different modules:
From the home page, go to Settings
Choose User Access Settings
The user Access Settings page will load
Select the User group by highlighting it from the User Group List located on the left side of the screen
On the right, scroll down to the modules that you want to enable/disable access to
Check/Uncheck the box accordingly
Click on Update on the left to save the changes.
