To deactivate a class, the staff should have access to do it as the system sets a confidentiality level depending on the user group where the staff is currently included. Please follow the guided instruction below on how to Deactivate a Class:


  1. From the home page, go to the Settings module.

  2. Click Class Information Settings

  3. Filter the status to Active  

  4. Select the class you want to Deactivate

  5. Click the Pen/Edit Tool located at the lower left side of the table

  6. The edit Panel will appear

  7. Look for the Active Check Button field

  8. Tick/Untick the check button. Ticked for active and Unticked for inactive

  9. Click Submit to save changes.
