Changing class information can only be done by staff with access to it as the system has its confidentiality level depending on the user group that the staff is included. If there is an existing class that you want to rename, you can refer to the guide provided. Please follow the guided instructions below on how to rename a class.


  1. From the home page go to the "Settings" module.

  2. Choose "Class Information"

  3. Click the class you want to edit.

  4. Click the "Pen" Icon above the Class List to edit student information.

  5. Click the “Submit” button to save changes.
