This function is used to view and acknowledge consent forms.
On the home screen, select the communication button located on the lower part of the screen, on the right side of the Home button.
All notifications and consent forms from the center will be shown. Filter the list type to the consent form.
Select a consent form that you want to view
Tap the corresponding button (YES, NO, acknowledge)
