In cases when you do require additional billing options when you are doing assignment of fees or ad-hoc payment. Here is the general guideline where PlayFACTO and Cyberland can assist you.
1) Do submit an email to Jason and Abraham for your request on what are some payment item options under which category that you will need for your centre. In this example below, where a user require additional options under category "Excess Payment". 
2) PlayFACTO HQ will discuss internally with the finance team
3) Jason will update and communicate with you centre after the requested payment item options have been added into the options available
