Description: This function is used to add a survey question 


Please follow the guided instructions below on how to add a survey question.


1. Click Admins on the header of the webpage.


2. Click the E-Survey Template as seen in the image below


3. Click an existing survey.


4. Fill in the information below :


5. Click "Add Area" to add an area.


5. Enter Area Title and Position of the area.


6. Click Add Objective to add a survey question.


7. Enter the Objective and Position of the question.


8. Once done with the Area, enter the Remark Caption.


9. Add in more Areas if required.


10. Click Save to save all questions,
