Description: This feature allows the user to Filter Record in Payment Item Report.
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to Filter Record Payment Items.
1. Go to Finance > Payment Item Report.
2. Under Payment Item Report, there are a couple of filters that can be used to filter the records.
3. By clicking on the Show filter, you can filter the records according to their Activity status.
4. By clicking on the Centre filter, you can filter the records according to their Centre.
5. By clicking on the Level filter, you can filter the records according to their Level.
6. By clicking on the Class filter, you can filter the records according to their Class.
7. By clicking on the Session filter, you can filter the records according to Sessions.
8. By clicking on the Year filter, you can filter the records according to Year.
9. By clicking on the Month filter, you can filter the records according to Month.
10. By clicking on the Payment Item filter, you can filter the records according to Payment Item.
11. Using the Search bar will allow you to search via any keyword you type into the box.
User may view invoice by clicking invoice number.
User may view receipt by clicking receipt number..
