Please follow the guided instructions below on how to process credit note for Refund. 


1. Go to Finance  > Ad Hoc Refund.


Optional: Filter the records. Click here to see how.


2. Under Ad Hoc Refund, select the student and fill up the Refund Details on the right side of the page. 

Select the Year and Month of the refund. Fill in Description of the refund.



Add in Payment Item. To add in payment item:

1) Click Add button right of the payment category.

2) Select the payment item.

3) Enter the price and GST.


Once you have finished doing so, choose your Refund method (Cash, Cheque, iBanking) and fill up the rest of the details such as the amount and remarks, etc. 


3. After filling up all of the details on this form, choose your printing settings and then click on the Process with Credit Note Printing button.
