Description: This feature allows the user to Update Record in Fee Assignment.
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to Update Record in Fee Assignment.
1. Go to Finance > Fee Assignment.
2. Under Fee Assignment, select the students you wish to edit. If unable to find student, filter the students.
Then, on the right side of the webpage, under School Fee Advice Details, edit the details, such as the Due Date and Months.
Under Update With, select Last Month Invoice if the fees are similar to last month. User may view the previous month's school fees by clicking the magnifying glass.
Else select New Template. Select the fee template. How to add fee template?
Edit the payment items if applicable. How to edit fee template?
3. After you have finished editing, press the Save button.
