Description: Fee Templates needs to be done before assigning to parents / guardians of students..
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to edit fee template.
1. Go to Finance > Fee Template.
2. Under Fee Template, click the row you wish to edit the record of. Then, click the Pencil icon to begin updating a record in Fee Template.
3. A pop-up window should appear, prompting you to edit the Template Name and Assigned Centres. After editing these particulars, press the Submit button.
4. At the right side of the webpage, there are payment items under payment categories
To activate/deactivate the payment category, check/uncheck the checkbox beside Add button.
To add a payment item:
Click Add of the payment category.
Select the Template Object (Payment Item) .Payment Items are added in the Payment Item module.
Edit the Price and GST if required. The default value can be edited in the Payment Item module.
Check Cb1, Cb2, Cb3 if required.
Cb1: Allows user to edit Payment Item name in Fee Assignment.
Cb2: Allows user to edit Price in Fee Assignment.
Cb3: Allows user to edit GST in Fee Assignment.
Check the checkbox beside the Add button to activate the payment category.
To edit a payment item,
Select the Template Object (Payment Item) .Payment Items are added in the Payment Item module.
Edit the Price and GST if required. The default value can be edited in the Payment Item module.
Check Cb1, Cb2, Cb3 if required.
Cb1: Allows user to edit Payment Item name in Fee Assignment.
Cb2: Allows user to edit Price in Fee Assignment.
Cb3: Allows user to edit GST in Fee Assignment.
To delete a payment item:
Click Delete of the payment item row.
5. Click Save to edit the fee template.
