Description: Registration Form can be edited with this module.
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to edit registration form.
1. Click Settings on the header.
2. Click Registration Form under System.
3. Make changes if required.
Appear will enable the question.
Hide will disable the question.
4. Click Save at the bottom of the webpage.
