Description: This feature allows the user to Update Record in Void Invoice / Receipt / Credit Note.
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to Void Invoice / Receipt / Credit Note.
1. Go to Finance > Void Invoice / Receipt / Credit Note.
Optional: Filter invoices / receipts / credit notes.
2. Under Void Invoice / Receipt / Credit Note, scroll down the list to a student who has an unpaid status. On the far right, click on the Void button. Doing this will void the invoice.
3. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to confirm your choice. Click OK.
