Please follow the guided instructions below on how to Filter Photos before approval.
1. Go to E-Portfolio > Mass Approval (Gallery).
2. There are several filters as shown below, that can be used to filter the records in Mass Approval.
3. By clicking on the Album filter, you can filter the records according to their Album.
4. By clicking on the Year filter, you can filter the records according to Year.
5. By clicking on the Month filter, you can filter the records according to Month.
6. By clicking on the Level filter, you can filter the records according to their Level.
7. By clicking on the Class filter, you can filter the records according to their Class.
8. By clicking on the Session filter, you can filter the records according to Sessions.
