Note: This function is used on how to use the "Service Provider" option that your current centre has. You can modify/adjust information for the service provider you want to create. 


Please follow the instruction below on how to use the "Service Provider" option:


1. Under Home Page, click the Settings tab.


2. Under the Service Provider tab, choose Provider Information.


3. "Service Provider" page will load.


4. Click on the row to be edited and click the Pencil icon to edit a Service Provider, as shown below.


5. Update the fields,.


6. Click "Submit".
