Description: This report uploads document files into the toy sterilization records.
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to upload document files into the record.
1. Go to Centre > Toy Sterilization
2. Click "Select Files" under upload document
3. Select the files you want to upload into the record details
4. Click Save button once completed the record details.
