Description: As we all know, fire drill practice in schools is an absolute must. Staff and students must become familiar with the procedures for them to be safe during a fire. Having a Fire Drill Record is essential for the staff to know the details about the fire drill that happened and also to take note of the dates when it happened. The Admin Team has access to add records to it if needed assistance on how to add one.


Please follow the guided instructions below on how to add a Fire Drill Record to the system:


1. Go to Centre


2. Click Fire Drill under Record  


3. Click "Add" to add a Fire Drill Record



4. Select the date when the Fire Drill occur.


5. Select the centre on where the Fire Drill was conducted (Assigned Centre will only appear under this selection)


6. Select the person in charge of the Fire Drill.


5. Select the start time and end time


7. Fill in the description for remarks or comments


8. Upload any documents or files


9. Click the Save button 


10. Update pop up message will appear for confirmation and the new record will be shown in the table.
