Description: As more residents redeemed rewards with reward points. Users will have difficulties in searching for particular residents' rewards points
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to filter data in Reward Report.
1. Go to Rewards > Reward Report.
2. Under Report, there are a number of filters that can be used to filter the records, as shown below.
3. Keying in a specific date in the Date From and Date To filter will allow you to filter the results according to the dates you have provided.
5. Clicking on the arrow for the Service filter will allow you to filter the results according to their respective Service.
6. Clicking on the arrow for the Resident Name filter will allow you to filter the results according to their Resident Name.
7. You can also use the Search bar if you find it more convenient. Key in your search and then press Enter on your keyboard.
