Description: Before transferring an fixed asset can be transferred. The fixed asset must be searched. This function searches for the fixed asset.
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to search for the fixed asset.
1. Go to Inventory > Transfer an Item.
2. Click the Select button next to the Search Bar.
3. A pop-up window should appear, with several filters to enable you to narrow down your search. Here, by clicking the blue arrows next to the filters, you can select several fields that your item may be in. For example, selecting the Centre that your Item belongs to will only show results from that Centre, allowing you to find your Item easier.
4. Once you have finished filtering your search, click the Next button.
5. A pop-up window should appear with the results of your search. There you will be given the option to Select the item that you are looking for.
