Description: This module allow resident to loan / return a fixed asset. Before loaning or returning an item. User must search for the item.
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to search for a fixed asset.
1. Go to Inventory > Loan / Return an Item.
2. In the search bar, type the Item ID of the item that you are looking for.
3. After keying in the Item ID, click Select.
4. A pop-up window should appear as shown, prompting you to select more details related to the item.
5. If you are aware of the Asset's Centre, Department, etc, you can fill those in. However, if you don't, it is alright to leave it as 'All' and press Next.
6. A different window should pop up, showing the results of the search.
