Description: Medical Logs record the medication taken by the residents. As residents take medication, the medical logs will be filled with rows of data. Hence, filter function is required to search for specific medication data
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to filter a medical log.
1. Go to Resident > Medical Log
2. Under Medical Log, there are various filters that you can use to filter the records in Medical Log.
3. Clicking on the arrow for the Service filter will allow you to filter the results according to their respective Services.
4. Clicking on the arrow for the Resident Name filter will allow you to filter the results according to the name you select.
5. Keying in a specific date in the Date filter will allow you to filter the results according to the date you have provided.
6. You can also use the Search bar if you find it more convenient. Simply key in your search and press the Enter button on your keyboard.
7. You can tick the Sick Bay checkbox to specify if you want records who are in the Sick Bay or not.
8. Lastly, you can combine all of these filters to get a very specific result according to the date, name and service you have provided.
