Description: Services can be edited if there are changes in Visitor Access, Admins or Staff allocated


Please follow the instruction below on how to edit a service:

1. Go to Centre


2. Click Services under Admin


3.  Under Services, click on the row of the service log that you wish to update the information of the selected record.


4. Click on the
 Edit button


5.  Edit the record details regarding the service.

Visitor Access determines if the visitor is allowed to visit the service in the Marymount Display app.

To add a Master Admin to the service, click Add Master Admin button to add a new empty field below the button. Enter the name of staff into the empty field.

To add a staff to the service, click Add Staff button to add a new empty field below the button. Enter the name of staff into the empty field..

To delete a Master Admin or Staff from the service, click the Delete button right of the name of the staff,


6. Click the Update button at the bottom of the form once done. The information about the selected record would be updated once saved.
