Description: In cases there are multiple people taking home leaves, it will be easier to use Microsoft Excel than to add each manually. To import an home leaves using Excel. Download the template and enter the fields before importing the excel file.


Please follow the guided instructions below on how to import approved home leave records 


1. Go to Centre 


2. Click Home Leave under Admin


3. Click Template to download the Excel Template. An Excel file will be downloaded.


4. Open the downloaded Excel file.


5. Fill in the fields. NOTE: Adult Name, Last 4 digits of IC no and relationship are only required if the mode is Pickup.


6.Save the file.


7.Click on Import Data.



8 Select the excel files to import the selected approved home leave record.



9 The excel file will be imported into the system.
