Description: Medical Prescription lists the residents' medical prescriptions. Overtime, there will be many medical prescriptions recorded. Hence, a filter function will be required to retrieve a specific medical prescription infromation.
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to filter resident medical prescriptions.
1. Go to Resident > Medical Matter.
2. Under Medical Prescription, there are a number of filters that can be used to filter the records in the table, as shown below.
3. Clicking on the arrow for the Service filter will allow you to filter the results according to their respective Services.
4. Clicking on the arrow for the Resident Name filter will allow you to filter the results according to the name you select.
5. Keying in a specific date in the Date filter will allow you to filter the results according to the date you have provided.
6. You can also use the Search bar if you find it more convenient. Simply key in your search and press the Enter button on your keyboard.
7. Lastly, you can combine all of these filters to get a very specific result according to the date, name and service you have provided.
