Description: Medical Prescription lists the residents' medical prescriptions. This function adds in residents' medical prescription.
Please follow the guided instructions below on how to add a resident's medical prescription.
1. Go to Resident > Medical Matter.
2. Click the Add button under Medical Prescription to add a Medical Prescription.
3. Fill up the fields in the Medical Prescription form.
NOTE: User may add multiple prescription by clicking the green Plus button. If users want to remove medical prescriptions, user may click the Dustbin button.
4. Once you have completely filled up the form, press Submit.
