This function is used to set the automated notification that will be sent out to centre staffs when a student is going to graduate or withdraw.


To do so, follow this step by step guide on how to do so.


1)Go to the web portal using your browser.


2)Go to settings tab in the home page.


3)Click on alert system settings.


4)Click "Future Graduation / Withdrawal Alert" to edit the script.


5)You can turn on or off the script depending if you need it or not by clicking On or Off for script on.


6)Set the recipients  for this alert by selecting Recipient 1 - 3 on the drop down list.


7)Enter the start date( the day before the graduation/ withdrawal happens).


8)Enter the interval.


9)You can edit the message, just replace the parameters you need to use with the example shown.


10)Click update to save it.
