For iOS
If you have enabled Push Notifications on both your iOS and KidiBliss App settings but still cannot receive push notifications for your KidiBliss App account, this may be resolved by refreshing your Push Notifications token. Do this by performing the steps below, while KidiBliss App is running in the background:
  1. Open iOS settings
  2. Select Notifications
  3. Locate the KidiBliss App app on the menu and select it
  4. Set "Allow Notifications" to active
  5. Set "Sounds" and "Show in Notification Centre" to active
If you have logged in to different KidiBLiss App accounts on the same iOS device, restore push notifications by performing the steps outlined below:
  1. Log out of your current session
  2. Relogin to your account
  3. Kill the KidiBliss App app by double-tapping the home button and sliding the KidiBliss App app upwards
  4. Relaunch the KidiBliss App app
If all the above fails, reinstall your KidiBliss App app from the App Store.

For Android
If you have enabled Push Notifications on both your Android and KidiBliss App settings but still cannot receive push notifications for your KidiBliss App account, check the following to ensure that your phone settings are not blocking push notifications from being received promptly:
  1. Go to your settings and ensure that Priority Mode is disabled or that KidiBLiss App is enabled on Priority Mode
  2. Ensure that Restrict Background Data is unchecked for KidiBliss App and Google Services
  3. Check that notifications apps such as Clean Master is deactivated for KidiBliss App
If notifications are still not received on your device, perform the following to restore your Push Notifications token:
  1. Open KidiBliss App and log out of your current session
  2. Relogin to your KidiBliss App account
  3. Force-quit the KidiBliss App app by going to your Settings > Applications Manager > Force Stop/Quit (or similar steps)
  4. Relaunch the KidiBliss App app
If all the above fails, reinstall your KidiBliss App app from the Play Store.
