Note: This function is used to create new class basing from the settings or information that your current or active class have. This can be used to copy-paste information and settings from your existing class then, you can modify/adjust information for the new class you want to create. Student/s name that are present from the existing class you want to based into will be copied also to the new class you want to create. 



Please follow the instruction below on how to add a new class from existing classes:


1. Under Home Page, click Class tab


2. Under Class Management of Class tab, click Class & Groups


3. Class & Groups page will load


4. On the upper left side of the page, click Add Class button


5. Class Details page will load


6. Inside Class Details, check I want to create a new group from existing classes


7. Existing Classes field will appear


8. 3 Dropdown selections will appear named Customer, Centre, Class


9. Filter and select the desired Customer and Centre if you have more than one centre inside your system


10. Filter and select the class you want to use as the existing class


11. Once the class is selected


12. The fields below will be auto-filled with the information the existing class has


13. Modify the fields needed like Program, Start Time, End Time, Start Date , End Date , etc. 

Note, Student List will be copied over from the existing class, you can remove students inside the page. If you want to add more, Please save first then go back to the new class information that you created.


14. Click Confirm to create new class from existing class
