• Please go to Class Module
  • Please use Class Schedule function to do the Make up class for a particular student or make up for the whole class.
    • Make up for whole class.
      1. Please select the Replacement Date to be able to select the make up class date.
      2. A selection will pop up if the make up will be charged as another lesson to the student. If you don’t want the make up to be charged, please select Not Charged.
      3. Once you selected the Price of Make Up Lesson, you can now click the Update Button at the bottom part of the screen
      4. You should be able to see the make up lesson under the class schedule after you click the submit button.
    • Make up for individual student.
      1. Please click the edit button for the student you want to make up for a particular student.
      2. The Edit Student Details should appear at the upper part of the Student lists. Option will appear and remarks field is for you to select and fill in the information needed.
      3. Please select the option you want to set for the student. For make up class, please select the Make Up class by clicking the button beside its text.
      4. If the make up class is selected. Another field will appear Please select the make up lesson date you want to set for that student. Please set also if the Price for the make up lesson is charged or not charged. As mentioned, charged will add in to the invoice of the student. Please Go to Fee Assignment to update the invoice for the student once you set the price of make up lesson as charged.
      5. Select the Make up lesson date. Once selected, two views will be shown at the bottom of Price of Make up lesson.
      6. The selected date for make up lesson have a similar lesson for that day so selection of program will appear at the dropdown.
      7. The selected date for make up lesson don’t have similar lesson for that day so a new class will be created by selecting the time you want to set for that student.
      8. Click the Update Student Button so the make up lesson will be created for that student.
